Every item in our store is custom-printed at the time of order to support the mission of Hearts of Appalachia Project, Inc. — preserving Appalachian stories, heritage, and community history through faith-based giving.

Because these products are created one-by-one, returns and refunds are not accepted except when an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with a printing or design defect, or is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address].
Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue.

We’ll gladly arrange a free replacement of the same item and ship it to you at no additional cost.
There’s no need to return the damaged item.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

All other sales are final.
Because each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or wrong size/color

• Delays caused by the carrier

• Gift or fundraiser purchases
   

💵 Refund or Replacement Processing

• Replacements are provided at no charge.

• If a refund is approved instead of a replacement, it covers the item price only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.
