Pickin' Porch at Christmas
Celebrate the sounds of an old-fashioned Appalachian Christmas with this beautifully detailed 4-inch acrylic ornament inspired by mountain music, front porch gatherings, and the traditions passed down through generations.
In the Appalachian Mountains, a front porch was more than a place to sit. It was where neighbors gathered, stories were told, and the sounds of banjos, fiddles, and guitars filled the evening air. At Christmastime, those familiar melodies brought families together and made the season even more special.
A Little Piece of Home
In Appalachia, Christmas has always been about more than the gifts beneath the tree. It's the glow of a familiar porch light, a winding mountain road, and the joy of coming home to the people and places that made us who we are.
Our embroidered-look Christmas keepsakes celebrate those homecomings, treasured traditions, and the mountain memories we carry wherever life takes us.
